Failure reporting SMS

With the failure reporting SMS, we will send a notification with text message. Notification to home customers is automatic and you do not have to subscribe. If desired, you can also order the notification to be sent to the number of your family member.

How does it work?

We will send you a notification about the interruption within 10-15 minutes after becoming aware of the failure. If possible, we will also include the expected time when electricity connection should be restored. Keep your contact details up-to-date so that failure information always reaches you.

How to subscribe or update your contact data?

To order the notification or update your contact data, log into our self-service and go to notifications subscription page.

There you can:

  • change your contact details
  • add the phone number of your family member where the failure notifications will be sent
  • choose, whether you would like to get failure notifications around the clock or only during daytime
